I got my first server with FoundryNAP 3 months ago, a nice dual xeon with 100Megs. I was coming from another host, which I wont name out of respect, with which I was having problems. I had 4 servers there, and the guys at FoundryNap moved all 4 of them, to my new single server with them. 100% of the move was done by them, I didnt touch one thing. I told them what I wanted moved, and they did it, even fixed my scripts without me asking them to. (I wasnt expecting them to fix my scripts at all). So I was cruising along and I needed about 25 email accounts setup on the server which they did, and gave me a kick ass interface to manage them all too! Im doing 85Megs off peak and pushing my 100Megs at peak times, with 0 issues! The server is handling really well, and I havent had a problem with downtime, its been 100% uptime since I got it 3 months ago except for when they did some kernel upgrades and it had to be rebooted, but they did that at 3.25am east coast time!
So last month, I got another 100Meg server with them which didnt need any moving of any sites, and they set me up pretty quick and got everything rolling and helped me out with some of my script installs which were messed up. (stupid me), so anyways, im minding my business and i start getting hit by an incoming "dos" attack to my server (which one of you fuckers was it?) (i didnt even notice this until they told me and showed me what was happening), so they found out it was coming from some college and it wasnt that big about 20megs incoming but they hooked me up with a firewall filtering so everything is stopped before it even comes to my server! Pretty Sweet!

Im doing 100megs at peak time on both servers with 0 problems!! I will be getting my 3rd server there in 2-3 months when I need another. Definently!
There was some problems with their support desk not emailing back replies to my tickets, but they got that all taken care off and it didnt affect them actually fixing the problems I was having, I just couldnt read the replies saying "good to go".
