Go through your life one day and just smoke a normal amount of cigarettes. Don't smoke right before you go to bed. Get up in the morning, and take a Commit Lozenge. Eat 10 of those in one day if you have to. Or even 20. Whatever.
Then don't think about all those cigarettes you're not going to smoke. Just think of the very next cigarette you're going to say "No" to.
Then, you're done. You've quit smoking.
It's what I did.
