Fuel Prices
ok im angry now.. was watching a re-run of USA news earlier on a channel here, i thinnk was ABC anyway they were talking about the rising cost of fuel in the US..
Do you not realise how amazingly cheap you have it!?? I pay here what works out as $1.60 per litre and that is because prices recently droped slightly. And i know some countrys are far more than that! |
It's $1.68 here now and that is absolutely ridiculous.
|
We pay $1.95 here for the cheap stuff.
|
Ok, and you guys have much better access to public transportation
|
Europe is paying the big price ... we are paying like 0.70 a litre here

Idiot American here...
How many liters in a gallon? |
About 80 cents a litre here, but that is a bit higher than normal around here. It was as low as 67 cents just a few weeks ago.

I can't wait till it hits european prices... we sure could use it. The price is way too artificially low.
|

Saudi Arabia's economy is booming like crazy thanks to the war and rising oil prices. They're making huge profits once again.
|
I think it's gone down to about $2.20-.45
|
i filled up with the Plus grade last week for $1.999 a gallon :)
|
93.5C per litre here now :(
Glad I got a civic and not a bronco like my girl wanted. |
Another American here... Is it because you use less fuel than we do? We pay about $1.85/gallon here. I was under the impression that we pay less, but we use more... ?
:glugglug |
Used to be able to get fuel for about $0.90 here not long ago, lucky to find it under $1.00 now, sometimes it's up to $1.10.
