I am looking to hire someone to build a custom piece of software for me. It will need to be able to tie into a web database. It won't exactly be very complicated, but it will have 100's of features. I need someone who knows what they are doing but can provide some affordable rates.

I will not share many details about what I want designed, only information regarding requirements once you contact me, once i choose the designer i will then explain what features I need completely.

A couple of details like:

You say a web database, but is the software you want web-based or desktop-based.

What languages are you tied to. ie:php,perl, c webside, VB, C, whatever desktop side.

Those kind of details would be nice and would not give away your idea.
