I would hire an outsourcing company to make a link list with your domain and just collect the commisions or sell the domain. :)

I'd just redirect the traffic and save myself the trouble of building and maintaining a site. If you get a 1:500 conversion, which shouldn't be too hard with type-in traffic, you're looking at $125-$200 a day. Not bad. Not bad at all.
