George Washington
James Monroe
Andrew Jackson
James Polk
James Buchanan
Andrew Johnson
James Garfield
William McKinley
Theodore Roosevelt
Howard Taft
Warren Harding
Franklin Roosevelt
Harry Truman
Gerald Ford

George Bush Sr. has also on numerous occasions been referred to as a Freemason. The confusion as to President Bush being a member arises from the swearing in ceremonies at his inauguration. President Bush took his oath of office on the George Washington Bible which belongs to St. Johns Lodge in New York City. Because the Bible belonged to a Masonic Lodge many writers assumed he was a Freemason. The Bible was used at the request of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies

This Bible was first used on April 30, 1789, by the Grand Master of the Masons in New York, to administer the oath of office to George Washington, the first president. Other presidents who took their oath of office with this Bible are Warren G. Harding, Dwight D. Eisenhower and Jimmy Carter.

Bullshit.

<IMX> 09-25-2004 11:22 AM

so I guess it isnt' conclusive...I don't knwo why all, the speculation becoming a free mason is easy.

(accept the ones who treat it liek a college frat)

H.W., W, and Kerry are all in Bones which is far more elite...there are only about 800 living members...

lol

cause free macons are always working on rituals that makes them better persons, they have to read a lot and work on projects in groups like in college, it's like going to college for life, you learn a lot with them, so i can't believe that this troll was a macon for years.

Trust me it's nothing serious until you become like a 30th degree mason, I was in the masons for a while. Although I'm glad I learned the handshake.

mikesouth 09-25-2004 03:03 PM

yes he is

korzon 09-25-2004 03:10 PM

perry mason was a good show

biglou 09-25-2004 04:17 PM

Hmmm....

I read somewhere that both George and W were freemasons, but I can't find the documentation at the moment. Since Kerry attempts to maintain his Catholic practice, we can assume that he is not (as Catholics are forbidden to join, though freemasons will accept them.)

I have a few problems with the masons, starting with this... Ever met a black free mason?

adamthick 09-25-2004 04:49 PM

I doubt he's a mason too. Skull * Bones is much more elite than any masonic group. almost anybody can join the masons, not just anybody can join the S & B's society. Plus you have to be a student at Yale for starters...

lol at the guy that kept calling them the "macons".

One of my friends is a mason, and the most intense business they carry out in secret is organizing roast beef sandwich night fund-raisers...hardly anything worth a 2am phonecall, but yea, they do have to dress up alot in ceremonial garb an they have little meetings where they discuss things like world domination (j/k)...actually they discuss the next big dinner they gonna host an how to pay for it. granted, the guy that said once you hit 30--33rd level, it gets deeper, an then you might get involved in some cool shit. maybe. if you can stay awake that long. :winkwink:

jade_dragon 09-25-2004 04:53 PM

It is not a secret org it is an org with secrets.

2 B 1 ASk 1

Goatse 09-25-2004 11:48 PM

Both Bush and Kerry are Skull and Bones. As far as I can tell, it's just a bunch of Yale geeks who didn't fit in anywhere who decided to form their own group. Instead of playing Dungeons and Dragons, they have their own oh-so bizarre rituals and secrets.

Of course - did you ever have some doubt?

The whole family is marinated in the bullshit and has been for decades.

Nobody is forbidden to join based on religion and I know several black masons, color has nothing to do with it either
