Is there any legal action I can take?

I have a Renters Policy through a group that insures Florida. With this hurricane headed right at us, I called to ask a few questions and it appears they may be out of business. If my property gets damaged in this hurricane (when I am "supposed" to be covered" )and they are infact out of business, is there anything I can do? :helpme

Get a free 15 minute consult with a lawer, and ask him (or her).

That's what I'd do.

Or.... go see another insurance agent and ask them what their take on it is.

Btw, best of luck through this hurricane you.
