I like to keep my breakfast light, but adequate. I go between a few different things depending on what my mood is, but I always eat something no matter what. Every breakfast includes a multivitamin/mineral, vitamin C & E, and glucosamine. Workout days include extra vitamin C & E and two Hydroxycut.

1. Grits and a whey shake.

2. Oatmeal with honey and a whey shake.

3. Whole grain toast with peanut butter, honey and a whey shake.

4. Breakfast cereal (whole grain cereal or frosted mini wheats) and milk, but not on workout days. Milk contains casine, which digests too slowly for me to be in the gym an hour later without stomach cramps, especially when I'm doing squats.
