Offshore pharmacies are technically legal, but nothing will happen to you if you keep the orders fairly small (less than 200 pills) and if you avoid stuff like Hydro/Oxy. I've never heard of anyone getting busted for ordering small quantities of Viagra or Valium from India. At worse it'll get snatched at the customs and you'll get a letter that you can just toss in the garbage.
