no..I have had bottle of absolut that sits at my moms house for me to drink, it's been sitting here for years opened and still tastes the same.

vodka opened is best kept in the freezer not room temp...

Yep... I had a bottle I killed a while back that sat there for about 2 years.. It tasted just as good as when first opened...

I believe any bottled product gets old once opened...Just does'nt taste the same. But, I don't think you will get sick...Drink UP :)

Wine is a living fermenting product, once you open it the natural process starts again as the air hits it.

Vodka is alchohol, you know the stuff they preserve things in. Should last a long time once opened, unless it's one of those flavoured vodkas.
