          LOL I think Oz's translation may be a little bit off.

          Anyway, I don't think it's Russian. I think it's Serbian (or Bosnian, Croation, or a dialect of one of these).

          I think he's talking about a website saying it's just a bunch of bullshit popups. Sounds like he was visiting a cj site.

          I'm pretty sure that's the gist of it, but obviously I don't really know what I'm talking about.
