i mean, im 18 so my ages would be different to someone whos 40 or 15, but i would say i dont really think anyone under 12-13 should be fuckin, even if it with people their own age

age varies around the world, in canada someone can date a 16 year old and have sex - as long as they are not in a position of authority. Whether you see it as right or wrong, its legal. simple as that. In the USA the age is different in some states - so check out your local police and ask them.

A mature 16 year old is more than ready for sex. If it were legal (and in some jurisdictions it is) and if they were attracted to me, I would have no moral problem dating a girl that young.
