No, there's no such thing as too much sex.. but perhaps it's different for women...

I think it depends on the individual and the type of sex you're having. Despite what some "professionals" say, I think each person has a limit. Sex can be a lot like a workout (if it's hard, fast, intense). And it's not good to work out the same muscles intensley every day. Usually rotate between muscle groups and so on during each workout.

Enough sex can actually wear you down and make you tired that you just want to nap or sleep. Personally, I prefer 3-5 per week but once a day wouldn't be bad either.
