Here's the giveaway rules... (It's a little different):
- The purpose of this contest is to get new and existing webmasters to link up new SoulCash galleries.
- The giveaway runs from 09/21/2004 thru the last day of November 2004.
- To be eligible for giveaway prizes you must: contact me with your SoulCash ID, and be a SoulCash webmaster and have sent at least 500 unique clicks during the span of the contest.
- To participate put up your new SoulCash gallery links from http://soulcash.com/members/program.php , when the SexCounter.com counter collectively reaches 1.5M impressions from everyones participation before the November deadline the giveaways will proceed.
- To track new galleries we've partnered with SexCounter and used their java-free 4X4 transparent counter. Public stat viewable at: http://www.sexcounter.com/index/?vie...&action=groups
- The TV giveaway rules: The TV giveaway winner will be determined by poll during the last 7 days of November. All elgible webmasters will be compiled from all official giveaway threads (across multiple boards). New threads will be started by the SoulCash team containing the compiled list of eligible entrants. The
compiled active webmasters will then place one vote, via board poll or posting in the same thread, for the fellow webmaster they want to win the TV (No voting for yourself). If no winner is determined via this method then a winner will be chosen by raffle. If a tie breaker is required the winner will
be determined by raffle.

The idea was to give some of the smaller webmasters a chance to win the TV as well. An example would be the webmaster that you trade traffic with that is always super cool but is just starting out. He / She could be a contender for the grand prize. That's why we went with the voting format. :)
