Is firefox working well with your window XP?

From time to time it freezes (most of the time when I'm reviewing galleries) on me and shout off!

perfectly.. what's wrong with your copy?

KRL 09-24-2004 10:29 AM

I have it on one PC but hardly ever use it, but it works fine with XP on my machine.

It work great for me...

Babaganoosh 09-24-2004 10:31 AM

Works great for me...my only problem is remembering to use it. I am so used to using IE that I just click on its icon out of habit.

RawAlex 09-24-2004 11:21 AM

armed: When I installed firefox, I went through and moved all the IE icons off my desktop and toolbars... that really helped.

Alex, I suspect you are either hitting pages with javascript that your version isn't liking, or people are trying to hack at you.

Go back and look closely at the page source for those sites, you probably don't want to list them anyway.

If it doesn't work in all browsers, move on to a gallery that does.

Works great for me, but occasionally if I have it minimized for a long time, it will take a minute to come back up. Other than that I'm totally happy with it.

After I got firefox I replaced the desktop icon of the fox with the IE icon. I got so used to seeing that IE icon that it just makes it easier to find on a desktop full of icons
