Insurance for Rims and stereo's etc...
 

Do insurance companies insure rims and stereos? Who do you guys use for your ride?

progressive, no rims but I would be pissed if someone stole my new Sony deck :glugglug

If you have good home owner insurance, this can sometimes be covered.

I had some stuff stolen out of a car when I was in High School. Happened in my parents driveway so that might have been why it was covered.

im sure the stereo but i dont think they do rims, might as well call and ask

How bout the paint?

NO, just a weekend or days off type of ride.

My insurance company said they would cover the market value of the car and $5000 for all the accessories, but my sound system is worth twice that not counting my rims and paint job and all the little extras.
