So the red car had to give way and was at fault, correct? It looks like the large sign to the left of him blocked his view of the oncoming truck, he should have crawled up a bit further before proceeding...

See if that person actually looked both ways before he crossed that never would have happened... still a dangerous interesection but that could have been easily avoided... its too bad :(
