i think it's photoshopped. the way she's holding the cigarette just doesnt look right.

When my wife was pregnant, she got a sonogram at the hospital.

As we were leaving, another pregnant woman was leaving and she lit up a cig as soon as she walked out.

Sad thing is, that it is not photoshopped.
