Yup has happened to me, play it cool man. Pay most of your attention to your girl, be nice and cordule to her sister but do not push it with her. Make sure you seem to think it is all a joke and you are not taking it seriously, express concern to your woman in a way that seems serious and non flattered and worried about how she feels about it. You should be off the hook in no time. Do not get all tense about it, this is what the other girl is probably feeding off of.
