I was wondering what will happen if FTC will go after some canadian spammer, can this canadian spammer get charged since CAN SPAM LAW is in the USA

Gee...I wonder if Canada has an extradition agreement with the U.S. that would allow the U.S. Government to prosecute a Canadian citizen for spam?

What if U.S government has agreenment with Canadian government for prosecuting Candian spammers, or this law only, and I mean only directs it self twords U.S cetizens???....
