Who who here uses a tanning bed?
 

I have been using them like 2-3 times a week for the last six months..

Being that I never go outside anymore

Is that to much? Not healthy?

I do.......But that makes me a whore :(

I go all the time.

To maintain the tan 1x per week is fine man. 2-3 per week youlll have skin cancer

I have been diagnosed with melanoma four seperate times... once on my ass... which was definitely from the tanning bed....

Twice a week for 20 minutes each. I did that all year around for years. Just make sure you use a top of the line lotion immediately after you get out to rehydrate your skin.

BTW I am tanning ocassionally, but I don't like chicks who do that too often..it fastens the aging process ( not to mention cancer risk ). :2 cents:
