Court says Terri Schaivo's husband can remove feeding tubes, will Jeb Bush intervene?
Florida supreme court just struck down the law Jeb Bush had passed to give him supreme authority over life support patients. The feeding tube had been removed once until he used the new law to order it replaced. Her husband wants to remove the feeding tubes, her parents don't. She's been in a persistive vegetative state for over a decade.

Lets not forget that the husband although legally divorced from the woman is STILL paying her medical expenses!
The parents cant afford to and the State wont. I would have pulled the plug a long time ago :2 cents: The problem with this is that Florida State law defines 'murder' to some extent as meaning any death that occurs with pain and, because medical doctors are uncertain whether or not any pain will be caused to Ms Schaivo, the last 10 years her husband has been paying medical bills because of it. To keep that woman alive is cruel and selfish.
