I think the reason I cant find a good woman (or any woman) is because I never leave the house, spending all my time in front of this box here.

I have also found that like men.. women dont want a guy who is a single dad with full custody... no baggage for them either I guess

We live in a fucked up world, all the good women are either taken or turned bad lol.

A good woman to you is not a good woman to someone else. Finding your match is difficult. If it were easy then everyone would be matched up and have a white picket fence, etc....

I found my wife the day I gave up on expectations and just let what happens happen and I dont regret a day of the 6 years we have been together. Best thing that ever happened to me. Just my 2 cents....

This is what I'm looking for, and I don't think it's anything special, it seems impossible though:

- Well educated.
- Intelligent, and high IQ.
- Not driven by pop/hiphop culture
- Good looking. The sexier the better.
- Healthy.
- Has a good job, but not busy 24/7
- Comes from a good and supportive family
- Not a dance club maniac.
- Doesnt smoke. Doesnt drink often.

This defines what a slightly above average human being should be but it just seems so god damn rare!

I think you are right in some point, but everything depends only on the personality, experiences...., it's hard to find great guy also, but if you are looking you'll always find, just wait for the right time and right place....., not all people got fucked over by jerks:thumbsup

take some initiative and go after guys. maybe its just the dawgs that are more aggressive at going after woman

Seriously, there are one of two things happening here. Either:

1 - You're not getting out where you can meet people like that. If you don't want a woman into the club scene, don't go to clubs to find a woman. :) If you want a woman into philosophy, find a discussion group you can join. You want a woman who's politically active, get active politically. You want a woman who rides mountain bikes, start riding mountain bikes more often. Simple.

or

2 - Your standards are too high. I find lots of men, especially in this industry, have unreal expectations. You want a woman to be a whore in the bedroom and Mother Theresa everywhere else. You want her to be non-superficial, but have super model looks. You want her to be rich and independant, but rely on you for everything because you're the man. You can't have it all, it doesn't exist out there. You need to compromise a little.

If really good women were easy to come by, no one would appreciate them.

Having "intelligent" as one of your criteria makes it pretty hard to find what you're looking for. Only about 1% of all people even have an IQ over 135...

I have found the exact opposite to be true. Maybe it depends on how many kids and their age but I have a 6 year old and
I have found more women are attracted to me now because of my kid, of course they are usually nobody I would want to date. But like if I go to the grocery store by myself I don't seem to get the same attention as I do when I bring my kid. With my kid its not unusual to get at least 3 or 4 smiles or hi's from women.

As far as good women being out there, I have came to the conclusion that women in their 30's and above are for the most part just fucked up. They either let themselves go physically, and the ones that havent think sex is the most important thing, fine for a while but after spending a few hours with them I'm ready for them to get the hell out of my house.

I'd actually settle with 120.

seriously though - youll never find a perfect woman (same goes for women looking for men) - you just have to find the one whose imperfections you can live with

if you want to find a good women you need to go where they hang out. You won't find many at the clubs but you can find them in book stores, libraries, coffee shops, and the gym. Usually women who hang around these places have it together, are intelligent, goal driven, independent thinkers, and don't go out every saturday to the clubs to get fucked.
