Actually not nightmares. Once was scared the living shit out of due to my little brothers "my buddy" doll which I could swear that chucky is based or built around. Though the scare was not due to the crappy movie, but more around the fact that my little brother was the same damn size and one of my other brothers threw it in the pool.

I just personally do not like any of the sequels.
