As I recall, they eventually paid those in full (everything they were able to collect, that is). I didn't pay much attention since web 900 sales were such a small fraction of our business. And yes, that was Worldcom's fault.

I think it is going to take some time for the stock to rebound to present levels, if it ever does.

Yes, if Ibill clients don't get paid we would feel very bad about that, and you can feel great because you said they were going out of business a year and a half ago.

Stocks aren't always halted due to impending BAD news. You seem almost as if you're unhappy with ibill's announcement that they are out of stand-in processing, almost as if you WANT them to fail.
