Jordan is back (again)?!

Rumors: jordan is planning a comeback, this time, to the Heat.
He wants to try to take the champ with Oneal.

heard that from CNN and he's been working out like a demon...
you know how Jordan thinks. He's one unpredictable guy.

detoxed 09-22-2004 03:53 PM

damn again

Penrod 09-22-2004 03:53 PM

That would be awesome. I always wondered what he and Shaq would do if they were playing on the same team. (in his prime of course)

eroswebmaster 09-22-2004 03:54 PM

pathetic.

This is very much like the guy who shows up at all his old high school hangouts to impress the new crop of Freshmen.

loverboy 09-22-2004 03:54 PM

looks who's palnning for a comeback :Graucho

Dennis Rodman played one pickup game at the Nuggets' practice gym before departing, saying he was going to a local hospital to get an ingrown toenail removed. "(Rodman) wanted to come in and see where he was," Vandeweghe said. "He's thinking about playing again." Rodman's agent had been trying to get his client a workout with Denver for more than a year.

loverboy 09-22-2004 03:58 PM

Ali?

stocktrader23 09-22-2004 03:58 PM

Dear Mr. Jordan,

If you do decide to make a comeback please don't suck like last time. I started watching basketball because of you and quit after you retired the 2nd time. Do not make me walk in the other room to turn on the TV to see you sucking balls and sitting on the bench. I do not want to remember you this way.

Thanks.

He misses the years he missed when he retiered. He should have more rings, but he don't.

Some people just has a desire to compete, sadly his age has caught up with his heart!

TweetyBird 09-22-2004 04:03 PM

St Ides, I love the sig :1orglaugh

SD Qball 09-22-2004 04:10 PM

The guy is just an all out gladiator. Athletes like him need to play...its like their crack fix....just gotta have it

Joesho 09-22-2004 04:12 PM

he will be good off the bench as a shooter, and is a very smart passer to go with the cutters they have on Miami, I think it is a good fit there with shaq, and poses several match up problems for the other team.....

inabon 09-22-2004 04:33 PM

damn if he comes back to miami i am going to fly up there just for the games. i remember when he was with the bulls and i lived in miami a good friend of mine and i were the only ones with bulls shirts screaming every time the bulls kicked miami's ass. we did get in fights because of that kicked ass and got our ass kicked.

i swore i would never wear a miami heat shirt (logo sucks the team sucked) Only a miracle would make me wear it. *jordan could be it

long live the king baby now we need to see some action

i think washington was too cold for him i know he hangs out in his Puerto Rico villa playing golf miami has good weather (when there is no hurricane)

alexg 09-22-2004 04:35 PM

damn..

he was the greatest but right now I think he's too old and he can't be a dominating player in the NBA

pxxx 09-22-2004 04:37 PM

I hope he really does come back. I love MJ, and he will make basketball a lot more interesting.

abyss_al 09-22-2004 04:44 PM

the mans confused

D-Money 09-22-2004 05:13 PM

Any links for this?

I'd still ove to see him play.

Even if he only got 10 minutes a game, his experience and leadership could take a team over the top.

If I were Jordan, I'd be a player/coach.

I would never under estimate a guy like Jordan.

bufferover 09-22-2004 05:27 PM

And again comeone he is too old to play

slavdogg 09-22-2004 05:29 PM

ok thats still not as bas as CLyde Drexler comeback

Veterans Day 09-22-2004 05:31 PM

I agree he is too old, BUT he still was the best to ever play the game, you could bet on MJ, it was a lock :glugglug

Lykos 09-22-2004 05:32 PM

He is old,but damn how much i love that player:thumbsup

shermo 09-22-2004 05:35 PM

Oh lord. This is as sad as Mike Tyson trying to box again.

Mike Panic 09-22-2004 05:36 PM

guess he's sick of his wife and kids finally and misses the road... plus it will give him an excuse to work on his golf game as he travels around the country on someone elses dime

Kard63 09-22-2004 05:45 PM

If Jordan plays with Shaq the universe will never be the same. They will will play lock down defense and a slow methodical offense will only score 80 points a game and go 82-0. Eat a dick haters.

Thugmaster 09-22-2004 05:46 PM

If this really happens then this is great news, it gives everyone a chance to enjoy a few more games of the greatest basketball player ever. How could anyone be hating on his comeback? He may not be as dominate as he once was but the fans should be estatic to get a chance to see MJ once again. His legacy will never be tarnished by all of these comebacks. Nothing can take away from his days in Chicago.

How did he suck with Washington? His first year with them, at the age of 39, he averaged 22.9 points per game, 5.7 rebounds per game, and 5.2 assists per game. His second season (age 40) he averaged 20.0 points per game, 6.1 rebounds per game, and 3.8 assists per game. In the NBA when a 40 year old outscores 90% of the league, which is half his age, believe me, they don't suck (or at least I fail to see how).

Jordan will always go out with grace, man!

reynold 09-22-2004 06:11 PM

if that's so, i just wish him luck! jordan rocks!:thumbsup
