Funny that you posted last weeks news newb.

Ibill is not going broke and the info you posted said they have never lost money and that last year they posted a 42 million dollar profit.

Read the shit you post next time, shithead.

Dirty F 09-22-2004 02:51 AM

Wow, good thing you posted it for the people who missed the 30 other posts.

iBill contends that it could go out of business by as early as next week if the Court does not issue a temporary restraining order against First Data.

Well i guess it is next week and it is news to me doesnt make me a newbie fuckstick
just means i didnt know before you.

Verotel 09-22-2004 03:21 AM

Don't pay much attention to Battuss, he's socially challenged and doesn't particularly care for anyone.

In regards to your post, it doesn't look good for our buddies down in FL. First the hurricane now this!

Here's something I found on another board:

Two pages of badly scanned documents in PDF format.
http://www.caryromanoff.com/evidence1.pdf
http://www.caryromanoff.com/evidence2.pdf
--------------------------

What I find disadvantageous in their complaint is that they waited until the eleventh hour to present a letter of intent from their new prospective merchant bank and that they make reference to a "Second Amendment" which provides that there would be NO extensions granted after Sept. 15th. Sounds to me like First Data wants to break any affiliations with the adult business and yesterday! Or could it be Penthouse they want to break ties with? Time will tell I guess...

Since it sounds like they currently don't have a merchant account I'm wondering what's happening with all the transactions that are being accepted? Or are they even accepting transactions? I would assume they are otherwise there would have been a mass exodus at this point. Most likely queuing them for when they complete the transfer to Merrick.

At any rate, let's hope for the best. Competition is always a good thing.

That statement is such a hyperbole that it would be useless to try and dispute it. Let's call it even by saying you have our utmost respect as well.

If you need alternatives Epoch ( paycom ) and CCbill are as solid as anyone can be in this business.
I feel sorry for the people who work at Ibill must be bad for them not knowing if they will get paid or not.

Probilling is that a joke ?

All the baggers must be worried that if their processor goes they wont have anywhere to turn after slagging off the whole competition.

Regardless whether they stay or go they will have to make a formal announcement to their customers due to this negative publicity.
