I'd buy a villa in spain. I'm in the process of making an extra ?400k to buy one, so logically that would be what I'd use it for. lol :)

invest in estates on croatian adriatic coast. those are skyrocketing. things you could have got for 200k EUR just 4 years ago are now valued at some places over 1 mil. EUR.

it's big biz here, whole europe wants to have a piece of our coast ;)

Could be, but I'm not planning on buying the estate as investment, but as a place I'd move to. I don't want to move to croatia :)

All debts would be paid off, fully fund an emergency fund, fix my cars and invest the rest into an IRA and various mutual funds while I finish school. After I finish school, I would buy a house for cash and sit on the rest.
