still need AIM testing for g/g shoots correct?
im assuming correctly
because if this isn t a law it probably should be or is it all dependant on location |
from what I remember, yes
|
It's safer either way and will make the models feel better I think.

No.
Not that it should not be done but there is no law requiring it....Yet. |

what about b/g shoots where the parties are involved in some kind of a relationship and is aim testing federally mandated or does it vary by region |

i would just have just assumed even something small would be instituted to stop the proliferation of aids and other stds thanks for the info aaron |
no laws requiring testing, tho it looks like OSHA in California has other ideas and might go further than just requiring testing. some companies in the wake of the HIV outbreak last spring are requiring talent to test every 2 weeks rather than the standard 4 weeks.
girls who only do girls still need to have current HIV and STD tests from AIM. alot of shooters turn a blind eye on tests, leave it up to the performers to present their tests to each other. the guys who shoot for me don't do that, if they don't see the current tests then the shoot is off. |
If consenting adults choose to have sex, regardless of the circumstances, I would never want the government telling them they can't. Common sense, self-regulation, and the basic desire for self-preservation should prevail here. I would believe that the rate of infection in the adult industry is lower than that of the general population.
