Anthony Frederick, 47, is charged with 1st- and 3rd-degree murder in the stabbing death of Natel King, 23, who went by the stage name Taylor Sumers.

Frederick's attorney, Daniel Paul-Alva, cited unspecified "irreconcilable differences" and asked to withdraw from the case. Judge William Nicholas agreed to the request and assigned former county solicitor Richard Winters to replace him.

ng, of the Toronto area, disappeared Feb. 29 after posing for Fredericks in a hard-core bondage shoot in Conshohocken that had been arranged over the Internet, authorities said. Nearly a month later, authorities found her naked and slashed body, stabbed at least six times, with bondage devices still on it.
