a borrower of mine, his social security number is pulling the report of a dead man (his father with same name)

obviously this is an error, but who can we call to have it fixed? social security office?

i will be researching this in the morning, hoping someone has a quick answer from experience

My heart stopped completely once for several seconds. I guess that means I was clinically dead.
