You must have. I have 2 servers with them and have been a customer for over 2 years. I don't plan on moving any time soon, that's for sure.

Yep, prices that I can't get anywhere else. The servers are basically unmanaged but I can do everything myself so why pay more for the same service? On the handful of occasions that I have needed a reboot or something like that, it has always been done in minutes no matter what time of day or night I have a problem.

I like EV1 too, never had problems, just the forced down time pisses me off because if I'm unlucky I'll get some bans.

If I'd have a TGP with traded traffic in DC2 it could be quite a traffic loss.

Nope they don't you won't find them on spamhaus or similiar lists unlike other bigger hosting companies.

they are hosting a scum bag that has linked my site in frames that i cant break out of ....
i have contacted them many times they wont close him down with out me filing some copyright form...
load of shit anyone can see what he is doing plain as day ...

Why don't you fill out the form?It's actually not the hosting companies business when somebody links you in iframes.

they are very good with abuse. talk to someone there, they will pull the plug on the box. whenever we had trouble with a customer they yanked it no problem

its my whole site is linking in frames any changes i do affect my surfers/sponsers he has no traffic is only using my site to fill in his page for SE ...
its not copyright coz he is linking to me ....its just theft and they dont fuckin see that ....scum bags

The window is 12hrs but the downtime will only be 20mins per server. I don't think anyone will even notice.

We've 5 boxes at EV1, never a problem through last 3 years and laf of the price every other servers. Now tell me, do you know something other people doesn't know? :eek7

When he's loading your site in an iframe you can redirect his surfers or do other stuff when you target the referer (his site).It's quite easy and you can even make money out of it. :thumbsup

Btw. iframes don't get spidered, just php includes.

if he has no traffic, he's not affecting you. Still you can use a redirection with .htaccess and throw their users a dialer or whatever, or simply disallow that referrer and probelm solved

What I ment is they get spidered but it doesn't appear as the content was on their site.

its not iframes just frames ....so he can get spidered
I have asked them to shut him down 4 times today and they wont ....
I cant break out of them i have tryed ...he has it set so the frames are loading around his url and load my whole site ....
Im not worried about making money off him i just want the site gone so it dont fuck any of my listing i have number one in yahoo and google for many one word key words and dont want to take and chances

if you can tell me how to fix his site so its not doing this to mine please do so

If it leaves a refer in your logs when somebody visits that guys site you can block it,redirect or or do whatever you want just as people do with hotlinkers.

Yes it does and you can make money of it too, I wouldn't block it, take it as free advertising for sponsors, use dialers or whatever comes to your mind.

Or replace the redirect with dialer/sponsor link or whatever comes to your mind.
