haha they have a whole store full of those things downtown... they come in a couple different sizes but I think they cost way too much.

Um.. am I the only person here over 30. Aren't these called "bean bag chairs" and haven't they been around forever? Didn't everyone have one of these in their room in the 60's and 70's? I know that I had a huge cordoroy one when I was a kid and then got a pink furry one at one point in jr high I think.

I think it was just a question as to what makes this lovesac different from a bean bag chair, whats the new technology that justifies the increased price, or are you just buying a brand name tag?

like i said, its like a tempur pedic compaired to a regular mattress, these are just awesome quality, made of something called duro-foam. I can only assume it is what you would imagine sitting on a cloud feels like hehe

well its official. im buying one of those for my office.

Went to one of their stores and almost wet my pants when the sales guy asked me "Do you want to try out one of our love sacs?"

Color me corrected. :) I'll keep my eyes open for one when I'm out shopping. (rare occasion) I loved my bean bag chairs, so maybe I'll have to get a pair of these for the home theater room downstairs.

They have a Vegas store in the Aladdin shops. They are very comfy nothing like a bean bag

I was in the mall I was talking about the other day and remembered this thread. The display for these are right under the escalader so with a laugh I threw myself over the side of the escalader and into the pile of them, got a phone number from the sales girl to wrap up this little test of what I could get away with. I think I will get one.
