spoke there for the first time since the Iraq war..... Im not sure that CNN report mentions the fact that hardly anyone clapped as was reported elsewhere.

... too funny, you can either say he got ignored, or he didn't get interrupted with applause.

If they didn't clap or anything, CNN will cover that.

They did in fact clap. But it was more of a polite little golf clap and it was only about half the people in the room.

But the fact is, as it needs to be reported with accuracy, they did clap.

it's not a parade, UN reps really don't clap like its a campaign rally.
