We announced yesterday that we now have two fee paid versions of www.remotethumbs.com , we have
1.) RT Pro - available for $750.00

2.) RT Lite - available for $250.00

3.) RT - 5% traffic skim


from now on we will be offering a commission/referall fee to any webmasters that send us any new users.

the commission structure is as follows:

RT Pro - $75.00 per user you referr.

RT Lite - $50.00 per user up to ten users , then $75.00 per user (retroactive for every user once ten is reached, and thereafter for every user sent)

I'm not familiar with your program really, since I have no need for it. Do you host the thumbs? Is that why you take 5%?
..or is it a big-ass database of hosted galleries you just upkeep? Or both?

the 5% is our take for having updated thumbnails uploaded to your server split by niche, with archives etc etc :)

Despite the hun thread still being very funny/daft (sorry but it was) congrats at the persistence and for continuing to push so hard. Also well done for removing that silly processing charge. May look into the paid version when I finally find some time to start something new. The script itself really does look good.

I have to say I still think the 5% skim is insane. Growing a trading TGP with 1-2% can be tough but possible. Taking 5% means very few people will be able to grow and sustain it. At the end of the day that can only hurt your bottom line as the greed will mean few TGP's ever sending you decent traffic i.e. 2% of 10k hits will always be much better than 5% of 1k hits.

Your decision I suppose. If you ever decide to drop the skim to a reasonable level make sure to shout about it as I'm sure you'll get a shit load more people using it :)

You are a great client of ours, and as you know your version is much more complex than what is out there now, even as the pro version. since yours was custom done by boldy involving many hours of customized work.

We offer a sliding scale to heavier traffic producers. That is discussed on a one on one basis. Quite frankly if someone is only putting the effort into getting 1 - 5 K in traffic to there TGP. Then they are probably not too concerned with the skim, cause they are using the service in place of another option, or not having a TGP at all due to it being to much extra work. As we all know, something this great that does almost everything automatic for you. This only leaves one responsibility to you as the user, and that is to get traffic to the site. If you are unable to obtain any traffic, then you are not actually working on it at all. So you are not doing us any favors by utilizing our service, and your not making any money anyway, so the point is rather moot actually.

To the same gallery with a different affilliate id? or just to some other site, or places you sell traffic to?

I clicked a thumb on one of the sites you posted above and it directed to www.bradslinks.com. First thing that site does is set off my activeX blocker from SP2.
