FACT: The USA is #1 leader of the free world.
Its proven everytime you bitch and moan about it. Its proven everytime the USA has to clean up the mess. You know it. I know it.
Now can we move on with more unique topics? Instead of the repeated bashing/trolling that goes on about this subject from idiots who arent even in the USA. |
The point most people are probably trying to make that YOU are no better, or better off than the rest of the world no matter how mighty and powerful your country is.:2 cents:
|
"#1" and "leader" used in the same sentence is redundant.
carry on. :glugglug |

It's the number one military power in the world, I'll give you that. It's also the number country for violent crimes in predominantly caucasian nations. The undisputed number one environmental polluter in the world. The number one producer of anti-culture via the boob tube and Hollywood. The number one leader for the percentage of religious nuts in predominantly caucasian nations. The number one persecutor of drug users in predominantly caucasian nations.
Long live Switzerland. |
It is the "leader of the free world" on the basis of population only.
So get over yourselves. |
Part of me wants to "play" this game... but I think I'll just go make some money instead..

For all the USA haters.
Please send all of our US currency back. Stop doing business with any company that is from the US, including but not limited to Visa, Master Card, American express. And stop posting on US based chat boards. Fuck you very much, and enjoy what is left of your life. Oh, and it is a good thing that we did not sit our of WWI or WWII If we had, you guys would not be where you are now. |

Take a look at the problems in the world today, and trace them back to who started them. The biggest problems are the Middle East and Africa. And guess who had the biggest control in those areas? But yet funny how everything gets blamed on the US.
Who is the biggest military power in the world? I would say China. Luckily they tend to keep to themselves. Perhaps that's what the US should do - Mind it's own business. Leave the Middle East to it's own and watch gas prices double over the next year. No reason for us to trade with Europe anyhow; We can buy the shit cheaper from China and you don't need our crappy cars anyhow. |

Do you understand how global economics work? If countries stopped using the USD as their reserve currency your economy would collapse like Russia's. Your government knows that and does a lot to insure that it doesn't change. Do you even know how America become the top economic power? Hard work? lol Ask anyone with a degree in economics for a quick course. |

The Federal Reserve is not even owned by the government but only Alan Greenaspan is appointed by the government to make a image that the government has control. (Just look in your phone book. All government instutions are in the blue area, the federal reserve is privately controlled by a handful of big bankers) Just think about it, during the tech boom everyone was able to get a loan with no problem. Once they make it hard to get loans, there's less money in the economy so hard times begin. Without all these big loans from the banks, these tech companys all died one by one. The big bankers control USA and most of the world. All the big bankers have links to the Rothschilds. Big debt is what keeps the US economy going and what makes the bankers richer. :glugglug |

Size and strength do not automatically qualify you as a leader. Gandhi, Martin Luther King, and Nelson Mandela are all examples of leaders who were neither big or strong, yet they were extremely effective.
It should be noted that just because someone or something might be considered a leader, doesn't mean that they're a GOOD leader. Hitler was a leader. It should also be noted that an effective leader has the ability to influence others to join or support its cause. Few countries were willing to support America in its war with Iraq, and since then, its power to influence other countries is even weaker. If you have no power to influence others, who are you leading? Finally, leadership depends on how OTHERS see you, not how you see yourself. If others don't see you as a leader, then you are not a leader. |
There was a time when IBM considered itself to be the undisputed leader in the computer industry. Nobody else mattered. Nobody else cared. IBM could do no wrong. They considered themselves to be the leaders of the computer industry.
At this time, there were two guys called Bill Gates and Paul Allen writing software in an old run down motel in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At the same time, there were another two guys called Steve Jobs and Steve Wazniac that were building computers as a hobby and bringing them to their Homebrew Computer Club meetings. Who were the real leaders? |

Hitler also punished those who did not submit to his "leadership" |
Another point to note is that America may very well be a leader, but that doesn't mean there are no other leaders in the world. World leadership is not a zero sum game
