    anybody reach the spanish speaking community?

    My Spanish is good enough to make my sites Spanish compatable, however I was wondering if it's really worth it.
    Has anyone ever experimented around with it? Are there any sponsors out there that appeal to the Spanish speaking community? How about Spanish link sites or Spanish TGP's?
    This probably wont lead anywhere but if I can cut myself a piece of the pie (if the pie tastes good that is )I figure why not right?

          There are tons of Spanish speaking sites that hotlink the cammie sites but I don't know that any of the surfers have cc's. Probably more freeloaders than anything else.

          But thats outside the US sites. There could be a market for the Hispanics inside the states. Has anyone seen stats for how many people of Hispanic origin might be online? I'd think that would be a start. See if those stats exist and go from there.

              Yup there's a Sugar Land in Texas, just 20 mins outside of Houston. (we were the fastest growing city under 75K 2 years ago or something like that )

                  I did one of my AVS sites in Spanish...then submitted it to ya.com

                  I got a listing which sent a lot of traffic to the site, but the signups were nothing impressive.

                  Then again, I slept through most of my college spanish classes...so Im sure the traslation was pretty poor

                          I'd stay clear of translating a site into spanish. At least until you have sponsors that'll allow you to place their links on a nonenglish page. My spanish is really rusty. I need to practice up. Where I live, the hispanic population has increased by 65% in 5years. Only a handful speak english, but I still say hola when i'm passing by. In the south you say hello to everyone. Whether you know them or not.

                                  For spanish-speaking audiences, you may find SXGold to be interesting. They offer a partnership program in both English and Spanish (so that you can log in to get codes, check stats etc. in English but display spanish banners and send people to a spanish-language front page)

                                      Spanish is a hard market to explore, but it's an interesting one... it's like if it's 1997 again (at least in anything that's porn related) there are a few sponsors and sites are popping every day, it's growing. do you need to do translations or general consultation about it? talk to me my native language happens to be spanish...
