Auto-generated tour thumbs suck!
That first big thumb is just awful.
It just makes it look like you've got really poor quality videos - which I know isn't true.

I'd promote you in a second if you built a third pro-designed tour with maybe your top 20 DVD's in with 'hand-picked thumbs' using virtual dub or something for clarity - just list the covers or names of the others.
