I'm from AZ, and one night while I was sleeping at my mother-in-laws, I woke up from this horrible pain on my chest. Kinda like a really bad cigarette burn or something. When we turned on the light, hanging in my hair was a tiny little scorpion. Of course my husband killed it right away :) It had stung me 6 times all over my tits. My husband called the hospital, I just assumed I was gonna die, but it really wasn't as bad as I had always heard growing up in the desert. It just hurt, didn't make me sick at all.

?? I have scene a scorpion in TN? I've found them in Florida as well... not like that though, they are all black. We used to shoot the brown recluses with the BB gun when we find them crawling across the ceiling :glugglug
