I am better off, but only because of relentless persistence and trying different things, also working my ass off..

4 years ago I was running a business that was losing money. Now I'm in adult, and my income has been consistently growing each year. That income has improved my quality of life significantly.

Personally, yes. Too bad the world is in much worse shape.

frankthetank 09-20-2004 08:40 PM

nope, far worse. 4 years ago I was starting out in the adult industry with a website that was made with under $500 and made over $4000 in the first month. Now I am lucky to see half that. That visa shit really screwed me and it has all been down hill from there.

dennisthemenace 09-20-2004 08:53 PM

In most ways yes

polish_aristocrat 09-21-2004 01:25 AM

Sure, 4 years ago I wasn't earning any money at all...

S P A N N O W 09-21-2004 01:36 AM

Jakke PNG 09-21-2004 01:54 AM

Yes. Better off than 4 years ago.
Better off than 2 years ago, no... but I knew it when I started a certain project, it should make all the difference for me in the long run. :)

If not, I'm fucked :1orglaugh

I killed myself yesterday. It tickled.

Ross 09-21-2004 01:59 AM

I don't know really. I have more money, hell A LOT more money. But 4 years ago I was 17, mum bought me a car, I stayed at home had my food made for me, my bedroom tidied, my washing and ironing done. Everything bought for me.

I have tons more money, but I don't know if I'm better off :winkwink:

johnvod 09-21-2004 01:59 AM

I am more wise than i used to be.

eiht_98 09-21-2004 02:00 AM

yes

Raf1 09-21-2004 02:01 AM

I'm way better off :glugglug

Plan9 09-21-2004 02:01 AM

4 years ago I was 17, in Highschool, with no car, no job, and still a virgin.

Now I have an awesome job, work from home, a nice sports car, andget all the pussy I could ask for from a beautiful girl.

So I'd have to say - fuck yes. I'd never really put things into perspective like this, but its amazing how many things change in 4 years. :thumbsup

mardigras 09-21-2004 02:14 AM

Financially I am better off than I was 4 years ago but with the things that have changed since then I was much happier then.

Video-Post 09-21-2004 02:25 AM

Must suck if you aren't.

Kicker 09-21-2004 02:29 AM

Much better:glugglug

Pornopat 09-21-2004 02:30 AM

No I am not...
I was running a company with about 80 people and was making great money.
Then I found out my Columbian wife was just after my money so I crashed down.
Maybe even on purpose...
Been working for a boss for some years in a low level job and finally doing well again now. Without the Columbian bitch.

Paul Markham 09-21-2004 02:38 AM

In the last four years we had a daughter and started selling content on the Net.

Go figure it out for yourself.
