How many hours do you sleep?
 

I sleep 2-4hrs per night except saturday night where il stay in bed sunday till i can be assed to get up.. this an average sleep amount round here or am i weird?

I try to get atleast 6

school nights, about 4-5...

weekends, I usually sleep in, maybe 10 hours or so, I really catch up :1orglaugh

Well sometimes I will be up for 2 or 3 days in a row and others i'll get maybe 2 or 3 i woudldn't be surprized if I get 15 hours or less in a week. I have my business and a wife and 2 kids not much sleep for me for the next 18 years or so...

You must have a lot on your mind and might I add.

Not enough sleep will make you age.As far as not sleeping the proper night hours,its not the same rest you get if you think you will be making it up in the am.There are certain rays you dont get in the AM that you do at nights.

6 to 8 hours during the week, weekends a bit more if I'm lucky.

about 5-6 I normally hit the bed around 2am and I'm up by 7am with no alarm lol

i used to only sleep 2-3 hours but ever since i been taking this new medication, i sleep 6-7.

used to be only 4 but I guess old age is starting to catch up with me.

When I started my biz in 97ish I was lucky to get 2-3 a day 7 days a week. Now I am a bit smarter and try like hell to get 6-8. Perhaps its just old age but I function a hell of a lot better.

No matter how much I sleep its never enough.

so it is just me then! :( But thanks for the advice i know i should get more sleep every night! i think 7-8 hrs is the recomended amount.

As for sleeping wrong hours of the day, i do that every day for one im a night time person and two im in the uk so i match US and other working times. I mean 3.40am right now will prob sleep 6am ish

When my sites drop 30k friday night I sleep 10-12 hours
When my sites grow 30k monday night I sleep 5-6 hours

I am lazy, I sleep at least 8 hrs a night, sometimes even 9 or 10
:helpme I go to school only once a week and that's on Friday, it starts at 9am so on Fridays I usually get around 1 hour of sleep, because my sleeping schedule is all fucked up and I can't go to sleep early anymore... and when I go home I crash for around 10 hrs or so from exhaustion...

I don't even use an alarm clock anymore, I just get up when my body feels like... when I sleep less I think my skin gets "duller" and I get circles under my eyes! I need my sleep!

Actually I did not mean what you are refering to :-) But hen I goto bed I can't sleep 1-2-3, first some reading, and then I can sleep :)

As far as NOT reading and NOT sleeping, my GF only sleeps here in weekends, and then I take more then 1 hour for that ;-)
