Has anyone seen the movie MAN ON FIRE ? I got a question.
why did Pitas father agree to her kidnapping ?
|
Insurance money. It was all just a big scam with everyone involved.
|
Didn't he do it for the money or something, I don't think he knew what would really happen. That's just my vague memory from the movie, it was awhile ago when I first saw it and I don't remember the details too well. :2 cents:

he never intended her to die. |
He owed his fathers past dets and he had to pay one way or the other, so he agrred to have his daughter kidnapped so he could collect never expecting that the deal would go bad.

Saw that just last night...
one of the worst movies ever. |
I just rented that movie today
|
Also any traumatic happenings can be written off on taxes, it was not mentioned but it is something to think about. Saw this movie last night, first Training Day and now this movie, he is really turning them out now!

the ransom was for 10million
the lawyer kept 2.5 million and crooked cop stole the 2.5million that was suppose to go to the kidnapper.. the dad was going to keep the other 5 million. |
