Best video encoder ?

List the best video encoder, I have vegas video but when I encode it dont look the best it should?

I don't know about the best but media cleaner does right by me ... Adobe premier CS has a encoder installed, works fine too

Cleaner XL is the best bang for the buck as far as I have found. :2 cents:

Do you even know what you are doing?
Doesnt sound like it. Enocders use codecs.
Example - If you encode into WMV using vegas , you will get the same result using WMEncoder providing the settings are identical. What are you trying to encode?
