DURHAM, N.C., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wellstone Filters (OTC Bulletin Board: WLSF - News) announced today that it has declared a 3-for-1 forward stock split to shareholders of record on September 27, 2004. Under the dividend, each holder of one share of common stock on the record date shall receive two additional shares of common stock. The payment date is October 5, 2004.

so if i have 500 shares it would change to 1500 :eek2 :eek2 :eek2

if you had 500 shares valued at 9$ each, it is now 1500 shares valued at 3$ each
