If someone has a shitty site all about jenna and he puts the name in the domain 3 times, like i did in the title, puts meta tags and key words over and over "jennajameson" everywhere, will that help the shitty site get better SE result spot ?

This question appears to be the dumbest I've ever asked. I feel bad about it, lol. If her name appearing 3 times in the domain helps would it be better with "-" in between ?

the more you type the keyword on the page the higher you get on the SE's

so if you put a domain that repeats the keyword 20 times, and then put just that word on the page 1000 times, you will be #1 on google in no time

Yes, the more times the keyword appears in the domain, the better. Don't forget to repeat the keyword as many times as possible in tiny text at the bottom of the page in a color near matching the background. Google loves this, good luck with your site! :thumbsup
