I was going to be a smartass and dig up the original AP photo to show that the nipple was photoshopped in there. But that's exactly how it's posted on Yahoo. Either her right boob is weirdly shaped, or there are some weird jpeg distortions at work. Notice the pixelation on the apparent nipple, then to the upper left a couple inches, it almost looks like there's a second pixelated nipple on the same tit.

Also...don't go by boob shapes in dresses like that. For the most part those girls use double sided tape to keep the breasts up and the dress in place. Something could have "let go"
