So I got a ticket, right after being almost run off the fucking road..
 

im coming back from getting chinese and im at a stoplight in my car, in a lane that merges left just a few hundred feet ahead.

the light turns green, and i start driving normally, getting up to 40mph something like that, and this fucking dualie truck which was souped up as shit comes out of no where from behind me (my lane was empty right before the light turned green) and is trying to fucking race me or some shit and has me pinned on the right side of the road about to go off the road over a concrete sidewalk (i have a low car, that would FUCK me up) and into a building.

I try to speed up and just get infront of him, but the bastard pushes down and i notice the fucking truck is modified pretty well.
so i break, and slide in behind him right as the damn concrete shit starts, and i get majorly pissed off as this assfucker almost fucking killed me.

i switch lanes and shift into 2nd gear, and haul ass up to him and the bitch guns it to and we start speeding down a fucking busy ass road, and im trying to write his license plate number down, the bitch then just fucking playing wtih me, and i decide to do the same, so theres a fucking red light ahead with a shitload of cars backed up, and we're doing 80-85 coming up fast, i was like fuck this guys nuts cause hes in a fucking 2 ton dualie doing 85 or so and theres a whole shitload of stopped cars ahead.

Atleast I can fucking stop soon enough, ive got modded brakes and shit and i know my car, but fuck anyways, i zip infront of him and im really close to the lane infront of me and i brake and stop.the bastard switches lanes and i was for sure i was about to see a huge ass fucking accident, but by some fucking luck hes able to stop like 1cm from a minivan infront of him.

anyways, we start going again and im behind him - we're not going that fast and i dont plan to anymore, im just gonna let the redneck fucker fuck himself, so we're just driving and i see him speed up like shit, im like ok whatever...

so anyways, next thing i know, theres a RED FUCKING LIGHT right on top of my nose (i couldnt see shit cause my cars so low and the truck was so fucking huge, i wasnt riding his bumper either)

i try to fucking stop but im just going to fast and its to short of a distance and i run the light about half way, and would u fucking know it, theres a cop pulling out from the right side who sees the mother fucker truck going 85 or more right thru the light with no brakes and lets him go, and waves me to go because i stopped in the middle of the road and then turns his lights on so i pull into a dairy queen parking lot, and i got a fucking court date.


ME: i tried to fucking stop, i couldnt see the damn fucking light and i was about a car lengths behind the truck, and i tried to stop and i was going considerably slower than the truck.

the mother fucker who:

1) almost ran me off the road and fucked me up
2) almost caused a huge ass accident
3) ran thru a red light right infront of a cop doing 85

gets off fucking scott free, and i get a court date to plead guilty or not, and whatever.

defend your case then ?

i tried explaining what happened to the cop to atleast just get a warning but i still got the ticket, and shit.


i dont think ima plead no guilty cause if i do, i get another court date and i gotta come back and the cop will be there too and we basically have to argue over the details and shit.

and secondly, i doubt ill win, hes a fucking cop the judge will side with him most likely.

I'll tell ya how to get out of it.......find a freind who works on cars and get him to give you a receipt saying your speedometer was broken and he fixed it. Then get an attorney and give him the receipt, you'll get out of it. I know this will work, I have had to do it a few times myself.

My car is not riced out, the body is almost stock except for some good looking mods on the tail lights and side lights in the rear, nothing major either, i changed the color of the plastic over the bulbs is all.

read the story, the fucker challenged me, and he was going that fast before i did anything, he was going faster than i was!

what he did was his own problem, he was driving like this most likely BEFORE he saw me, and was still doing it AFTER i stopped.
