What is the exact amount of time you can "sample" music etc
 

does anyone know?

i know there is a time limit..like 20 seconds or 30 maybe..anyone have this info handy?

if the laws didn,t change since when I was still playing in that field, I think that you can sample up to 4 bars... but you d have to ask the permission aned give the credits...
