OffshoreClicks *must* be kidding?!
 

This is from the "stats" lookup page of offshoreclicks, which is supposed to be updated in real-time. It's a footnote below the stats table.

*Please note: When a surfer enters his email in the box in your link page you are credited as a click.

Surely they MUST be kidding? In other words, they're not counting clicks at all, but signups to an email-based program?

In the first hour of using them as an exit sponsor (I estimate I sent 500-700 people to their console) there was only *1* click recorded.

So perhaps they're not kidding...

Anyway, I'll be looking for somebody else immediately.

Uhh....you must be like on glue or something....eheheheh....dude....youve got it wrong....what those guys mean is that you get paid for clicks on anything in the gateway INCLUDING if anyone puts their email address in the box....they just wanted to assure wm's that credit would be given for that address...


also....we get paid for second page clicks guy...not first....i dont think theres a place out there that i know of thats pays for first....is there???

Well, I made a total of $0.12 off of offshoreclicks.com in the few hours I was with them.

On the other hand, I just made $0.049 with ExitMoney.com in the first 5 minutes of using them!

I think I've found a great combo in Candid Clicks and Exit Money... now to find a couple more sponsors for my popunder and popunder exit http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/smile.gif

Ok, here's the scorecard:-

Offshoreclicks: a few hours (didn't time exactly, maybe 3 hours) - result: $0.12

ExitMoney: 11 minutes - result: $0.12

Same exit console just pointed at a different URL, off of the same page.

Looks pretty clear to me!

I hear ya.....but Exit money is a long ass chain of pops that gets so annoying it aint funny....i dopped EM cuz my users were getting pissed off.....I havent got any complaints since...so....offshore is cool with me.....but Candidclicks is also cool as well.

excuse me but speaking of endless chain of popups, offshore clicks freezes or crashes most browsers with their countless consoles and pop ups not mentioning some dialers once in a while ....

You must have a pretty shitty computer if offshoreclicks crashes on your browser.

Think about it. If offshoreclick's consoles crashed on most people's computers, they wouldn't be making any money now would they?

Hi there, this is Antone, admin from oclicks. I seldom read/post to boards, but came across this post and since the moderator wanted a statement here it is:

1. No, of course we pay for the other links - lift was exactly right. We got an email box on there, and to keep traffic leaks to a minimum we pay the same as a click whenever someone enters a syntatically correct email address.

2. Sorry to hear you didn't do too well with the clicks program (and yes, of course it's second page... this aint 1996, I wish, LOL http://bbs.gofuckyourself.com/board/wink.gif - but how can you compare our clicks program to exitmoney? Last I checked they have a per impression program... maybe (going out on a limb here) you should try comparing our _impressions_ program to theirs?
