What camera do you use? Do you just stitch them in photoshop to make those panoramas?

i have a canon digital rebel 300d and yes i just stitch the panoramics together the raw images of some of those pics are 7 or 8 different shots i took stitched together some of the ones of the new york city skyline are 14 or 15 :thumbsup
